Ok, so I promised Christmas pictures, especially the guys playing drums, in an early blog so here’s a few of my favorites. I love pictures! Such great memories! This is not even a tenth of the pictures we took, but maybe I’ll show more later.

Bradshaw Gift Exchange December 24, 2008

For the past couple years my family has drawn names to see who we will give a Christmas present to. It’s so much fun guessing who has who’s name. Tonight was our gift exchange, and I think everyone had a pretty awesome time. I know I did! The gift that got the most attention was my 2 year old neice’s. My brother got her a mini drum set. She took to it right away, but the best part is not only that she loved it, but all the big kids loved it too. When I say big kids I mean my man and my Daddy. It was so great to see these two grown men playing with a tiny little drum set! Pics coming soon…

Can You Say Trouble! December 17, 2008

Ever since I can remember my Mom takes one night out of the year to make sweet treats. Our annual holiday candy making extravaganza took place the other night. It was a lot of fun. I deemed myself the taste tester. Not really, but I think I did more eating than baking. My two neices (one is 8 and one is 2) were there, and the youngest did not want to be left out so she got some sprinkles and decided to help decorate. As you can see, she ended up being my taste test helper!

Let it Snow. Let it Snow. Let it Snow. November 23, 2008

Last week we got a taste of winter weather here in the two VA’s. There is something magical about cottony snow forming a blanket over the terra firma. It was freezing and late, but I couldn’t keep from putting on my winter gear and heading out into the fresh powder.
